1. Goals motivate people only when they have received positive rewards and feedback from reaching them in the past.

Action: create achievable goals, and provide continuous positive feedback when reached.

2. Being clear about who you are, how you show up in the world and in relationships, and the impact you’ll make on others and the world is a clear predecessor for any kind of successful goal attainment.

Action: develop a strong sense of “why”.  the personal “why” creates boundaries and parameters and sense of self for interaction with the world.

to be effective, strategically choose the target that will create the greatest change.

to be efficient, achieve the goal in the least amount of time possible.  shortening (bending) time creates acceleration to chosen target.  success is about acceleration, not top speed.

to be sufficient, stop once target is reached, and effectively choose a new target.

all 3 together will create abundance.

Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude. – Thomas Jefferson
